no new programs, fonts etc
also, not sure if Cate mentioned. we are still able to start indesign, it just stops working when we try to load an existing file or even a new blank document … gets as far as this then stops after you press OK
the sing removal didn't work so it looks like a reinstall of the whole suite
I noticed the CS4 and CV4 folders are still in the C: drive (the exe programs won't run and merely say the licene has expired). Can those folders be removed. our cs5.5 is an upgrade so not sure if a clean reinstall will need one or more of the previous version files ??
