Is the font showing in ID's font list? That would tend to inidcate that the "missing" font is either T1 or TT.

The missing pink font shows up in bracks [Futura]. If I scroll down in the font list Furtura is listed.

If you look in Find Font I'm pretty sure you'll see that the missing Futura is not the OpenType version that you have installed.

It's certainly an older version, and if the file originated on a Mac the odds are good it's a Mac format version that would be useless on Windows anyway. This is just "one of those things" we all learn...
