because of the number of the form fields, i believe you will need to enable reader rights on the pdf in order for your readers to be able to save the pdfs. then they can pick up where they stop. mike

check a pdf in acrobat. if the 20% fill is only on the black plate, then it is the printer doing the conversion. mike
