As far as I know, you can export the book to ePub. Then change the file extension to zip and when you extract the files you'll have the whole package for the book: CSS, fonts, images, HTML.

Er... in Window > Utilities it lists Background Tasks, Data Merge, Script Label, Scripts, Tags, and Tool Hints. We regularly run some find/change scripts that are based on the FindChangeByList...

Aha! Not a lot, at least not on purpose. Not totally sure what counts as a 'utility.' Dropbox? Would things like CUPS and Image Capture Extension count? I could run a list out of Activity Monitor.
