I don't think I was clear in my request. Apologies. I do know a reasonable amount of CSS & HTML. Not a ton - but NOT a beginner. I'm looking for some instruction or tutorials on how I combine my knowledge of CSS & InDesign to create fixed layouts. My knowledge of CSS & HTML have previously only been applied to web projects & I've used ID to create my picture books by importing images - jpgs & ai files - and then designing th3e text in ID.
