The Adobe support guy I chatted with claimed there were not separate downloads. Maybe he's wrong. But at any rate, I don't know where to download from other than the FTP link I got this from (which was not identified as Middle Eastern in the relevant thread).
But if he's correct, maybe I chose something wrong at setup time and didn't realize it.
