Jeff is correct.
On the good news front, you should be able to save most things, like print presets and export presets from the Define dialoges, and workspaces, queries and keyboard shortcuts directly from the folders where they are stored, then its only a matter of reloading them. Save your Indesign Defaults and InDesign Saved Data files, and you won't even need to reload some of the stuff (but you should still back it up). See Replace Your Preferences
