I am a graphic designer for a company and we have a series of factsheets. I have made a master template for the factsheets (most of these factsheets are just 2 pages with minimal images).
However I am using icons for most and other photos at other times. Before I mass produce these from the template would it be better to just embedd the icons and link the odd image rather than linking every icon? I have to keep in mind that we may need our outsourcing designer to edit these files from time to time.
